RingCentral needed to stand out in a sea of B2B telecom noise. So we created Zak & Zach — humorous spokes-twins on a mission to eliminate workplace drama through better communication.

Both Zak and Zach were portrayed by comedian Morgan Jay. Under SAG rules, playing two characters meant being paid for two separate roles.
